BY MAIL; Write or print all items clearly. By giving all information correctly, you help us to fill your order. USE OUR CHART FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING. Extra large or heavy orders may require more. Also, foreign shipments will require additional charges on a per-case basis.
BY PHONE; To save time, have an order form filled in so you will have all information at hand on the phone. Phone orders require Visa/Mastercard payment.

All payments must be in U.S. funds only. Orders will be charged a nominal fee ($2-3) and the actual shipping charges charged to us.
Items priced as pairs are sold only as pairs. Be specific when ordering; Items sold as  "each", "pair", and note "finish" where applicable. Re-ships due to our guessing wrong, on your omission, will be at your expense.

OUR HOURS; TU-SAT 11AM-5PM (pacific). We ship by UPS and US Postal Service. UPS requires a street address be supplied us when ordering.

Discounts; Offered to QUANTITY buyers. A quantity buyer is one who buys several items in lots of 25 or more. Items marked NET are not discountable in less than 100pcs per item, by individual quote. No discounts are allowed on orders of less than 100.00. For discount quotes; write or phone with your interests. Direct attention to GARY.

NO MINIMUM FOR ORDERS, but we recommend orders of at least 20.00 to take advantage of the minimum shipping / handling fees.

We maintain our prices as long as we can. When our sources make substantial increases, we can only pass those increases on to our customers. Increases may be necessary without notice.

RETURNS; If not completely satisfied with our merchandise, returns may be made within 10 days of receipt for refund in the amount of the merchandise. (Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.) Returns must be at customer expense, and items must be in their original packaging and condition. All returns are subject to restocking fee of 20%, if not due to our mistake.

Absolutely no returns will be acknowledge after 30 days. save yourself the additional expense of any losses. No exceptions.
